Phase 1 Fat Loss is designed to take you from any bodyfat and experience level down to 21-22% bodyfat (see guide). The primary goal of this phase is to lose fat and build muscle in the right places (hips/glutes/thighs).

Transformation Coaching includes:

  • Sample meal plan and recipes with customized calorie and macro goals optimized to your dietary preferences.
  • Video demonstrations with step by step instruction for each exercise.
  • 15 minutes of exclusive informational videos covering all the exercise and nutrition principles you need to know to transform with confidence.
  • Weekly group call with SAS coaches to answer your questions and keep you accountable and motivated.
  • Members-only transformation community with others in the same phase of their journey as you to share progress pics, recipes and exercise tips.
  • Workouts updated every 4-6 weeks with 1 year's worth of workouts.
  • Option of beginner, intermediate or advanced workouts.
  • Exercise form checks in our discussion forum.

Streamlined Workouts and Calorie Tracking: A Game-Changer for Consistency and Results

What stands out to me the most is the streamlined approach - just three main workouts a week, plus HIIT, allows for flexibility if a day is missed. This structure has kept me consistent for the past four months. The workouts are also pleasantly brief, making it easier to commit.

Tracking calories was never a priority for me until now, and it's been a revelation. Seeing the numbers on paper gives a clear picture of my intake, highlighting areas where I may have been overindulging without realizing it.

Having completed phase 1, I've already noticed positive changes in my physique. Our active lifestyle prior to the program definitely gave me a head start, but the program's structure and guidance have been instrumental in achieving tangible results.

Great program and beginner friendly
